Standby Problem SKR.671 LED TV Mother Board Voltage Datasheet
If there is a standby problem on this board, the voltages you will check are 5V, 3.3V, 1.6V, and 1.2V.
You can reprogram the flash if all the voltages are ok.
Again, if the main chip is bad, you can get the standby problem.

Check bl_on signal on OB33510 backlight driver ic.
Check the 33/100V capacitor
Check the backlight output diode

SMPS Problem on SKR.671 LED TV Motherboard :
Cheak box type Fuse
Cheak rectifier diode and 450v capacitor
Check PWM ic and MOSFET
Check 12v output diode and 16v capacitor
Check PC817 optocoupler and 431 ic.
Sound Problem on SKR.671 LED TV Motherboard :
Check 12v on YD1517 ic
Check mute signal on YD1517 ic
Check audio input signals on YD1517 ic
Check headphone jack
Replace the ic YD1517
